They say too much of anything is not good for you; indeed it isn't.

In a recent incident, a man's blood turned into white because he drank 60 bottles of beer. Seeing the man's blood, the doctor was thrilled for this was the first time he saw this incident.

The Story

This 35-year-old man in China was brought to the hospital immediately having a severe condition. He was shaking, losing consciousness and having a decreased heart rate.

Despite the alcohol filtration process of our liver, it is the exact same place of cholesterol production which affects the heart health depending on the frequency and volume of alcoholic drinks consumed.

Upon blood testing, everyone was shocked to see the white liquid instead of seeing a plasma filled container. This was all the sugar present in his blood.

Cholesterol appears to be a waxy substance produced by our bodies but it can also be obtained from the food we eat. A type of cholesterol LDL or 'bad cholesterol' eventually builds up inside the arteries and forms plaque; this may restrict efficient blood flow to others parts of the body wherein these blockages or lump pieces of plaque may result to a heart attack or stroke.

Taking good care of our bodies should be our main priority as well since without a healthy body and mind we couldn't function quite properly. With this, it can hinder our daily routine and lifestyle.

Therefore, we should look more and act unto our over-all health. Drinking might be good for the heart but too much of it isn't advisable.
