According to studies, a sudden waking isn't great for our bodies because it may lead to heart attacks. Due to the sudden sound of your alarm clock, you would be in a shock from a peaceful sleep and be awake. With this, it can't be a far off reason to develop a heart complication.

2. Taking a bath, two times a day

Sometimes we would feel sticky and dusty from work or school and take a bath at night. However, according to experts frequent or double baths per day may lead to a dry and brittle skin.

We need adequate sleep but too much isn't good too. According to studies, an eight hour sleep is mostly recommended for the body to recharge. A misconception however has been present for quite some time that having a longer sleep could lead to better coping up of the body. This is a myth because oversleeping actually increases the risk for stroke or heart attack.

4. Brushing your teeth immediately after each meal


According to studies, a 30-minute interval is necessary before the teeth is to be brushed or cleaned. This is due to the possible softening of enamel present in your teeth that usually causes sudden jolts or tingling sensation.

5. Sneezing hard without covering the mouth and nose

Bacteria are to be spread all over the place especially when we don't cover our mouth, may it be to others or  ourselves. It is best to cover our nose or mouth upon sneezing to avoid this. Try to wash your hands afterwards too.
